Dry Room

Our Dry Room is a specialized cleanroom designed to maintain ultra-low humidity levels, typically below 5% Relative Humidity (RH), while controlling airborne contamination, temperature, and pressure. Compared with conventional cleanrooms operating at 40-60% RH, Dry Rooms provide a significantly drier environment required for high-performance manufacturing applications.

Widely used in lithium-ion battery manufacturing, semiconductors, electronics, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, and advanced materials, our systems prevent moisture-related contamination and corrosion, supporting stable processes and compliance with strict industry standards.
